    • Utter waste of my time!

      Used for
Initially ordered 15 packs only to be informed 2 days later that order couldn't be completed due to lack of stock. Went back to website to see item advertised as in stock (again) so ordered 5 packs - 2 days later informed no stock!
Went back to website again to find them advertised as in stock!! The link provided in Decathlons email to enable me to choose other item or accept refund also doesn't work!
I'm still awaiting 2 refunds, can't see me using their site again.
      Response of the brand
      Hi Jon,

Thanks for the message and apologies for the problems you encountered ordering the product. We are changing over the supply from the UK warehouse to the centralised European one for this particular product which has caused some issues where the system thinks it has stock available in the UK at the reduced price, where as in reality it is in EU at the standard price. I can understand that this is incredibly frustrating from your point of view.
I will chase the refunds with the customer service team, as they can sometimes take between up to 5 working days.
My apologies once again for the inconvenience, it should be displayed as normal from tomorrow.
