when connecting to my PC it asks for a password. does anyone know this password? it wont connect to ZWIFT. happy to re-review if I can get assistance to connect or a password for the bluetooth connection
      Response of the brand
You have since contacted me saying that you were eventually able to connect to your device as you downloaded a ZWIFT app allowing you to connect to WAHOO fitness.

    • Blue tooth speed and cadence sensor

      Nicholas (United Kingdom)
Used for 3 to 6 months
Works well with Zwift and iPad, very reasonably priced compared to other named sensors and appears to do the same job well
    • Good starter sensor

Good sensor for the price, shame it's not waterproof (I've put it on a spare bike that I now only use indoors with turbo trainer). Easy to install and to get going with Wahoo fitness (just make sure you select the indoor cycling activity). Seems to be going through batteries quite quickly, might be my batteries though.

Although I read reviews before buying and it did mention issues with Bluetooth and syncing, it was so cheap I thought I'd give it a whirl. Bad idea.
Got it all set up on my bike ok but could I get it to sync with my phone...nope. Tried multiple ways and means, and a number of apps but no joy (this was on an Android phone). Only plus is when I took it back they gave me a straight refund without quibbles.
      Response of the brand
Thanks for your feedback. It's such a strange item in the sense that some customers have no issues on android and others do not. It's not linked to the way customers set it up but different phones and android versions can have implications. Reviews are so mixed. It also works best with wahoo and zwift.
I'm pleased that you were able to get a swift refund and get a more suitable item. Our of interest, what have you gone for next? I would like to inform the product manager. Can you also give me your phone model/make as well as the app you use on your phone., it would be so useful.

    • Works for me

Tried using directly with MapMyRide but found it more responsive if collect data using the Wahoo fitness app and then share the data, with MapMyRide. Display during the ride is much clearer using the Wahoo app. I don't use the "follow route" option in MapMyRide but there's nothing to stop you using both apps together.
