    • Brilliant City Scooter!

      Matt (United Kingdom)
Used for 3 to 6 months
So I bought this hoping it would be an alternative to sitting in traffic on the morning commute and zipping between local meetings during the day. I thought it might turn out to be a bit of a gimmick and end up sitting in a cupboard... but no!
The 3 mile commute is handled no problem, takes around 15 minutes and is amusing when silently nipping past cyclists!
Several of us have used it to hop between meetings during the day and it goes back on charge when not in use.
Reduce time in traffic jams, reduce pollution and have a bit of fun... what else could you ask of it?
    • Love it.

      I love my electric sooter.

I was excited and purchased this scooter after a test run in the store in Croydon. The staff was great and very helpful but after taking it home and using it after a week I experienced the motor running high and the accelerator kicking in when pressed with or without me on the platform pushing the scooter up in the air and finding it challenging to control. This happened three times and each time I had to turn the power off and restart it. The back brake worked intermittently. I took it back and the salesman tested it and experienced the same thing and confirmed that it was acting like a throttle on a motorbike. I feel that it was worth the money and perhaps I had a bad fault on my purchase. On the whole when compared to other scooters out there the price is very good.
    • Had to return

      Susana (United Kingdom)
Used for 1 week or less
The folding system is hard and impossible, rudimentary. Scooter arrived with battery charged, but it never worked. Dissapointed, I sent it back the same day.
