    Product feature
    1. How do you choose your judo uniform?
Taekwondo is a so-called "percussive" combat sport. Unlike judo, you do not grab your opponent's uniform (except in self defence). This is why the uniform should be light with a generous cut to enhance freedom of movement.
    2. What size should you choose for an adult?
Your height will determine the size of your uniform (from 160 cm to 200 cm). In keeping with tradition, the uniforms are made from cotton and have a natural tendency to shrink a few centimetres during the first three washes. This is why we recommend choosing a uniform which is at least 5 cm bigger than your normal size. For example, if you are 174 cm, chose a 180 cm uniform.
    3. What are the types of uniforms for different levels?
A karate novice should choose a soft and lightweight uniform, that is also durable thanks to its ribbed knit. A karateka who practises competitive kata (imaginary combat without an opponent) should choose a very durable uniform, with a thicker "snappy" fabric.
    4. The benefits of karate
Karate develops concentration and teaches children to channel their energy. The different karate techniques use all of the body's muscles. Karate improves balance, endurance and coordination. It is recommended that you wear a helmet and mouth guard.

    • Excellent gi

      Philip (United Kingdom)
Used for 2 to 8 weeks
Really nice product, good thick cotton and traditional Japanese cut (short sleeves, long front, kid calf trousers). The shoulders are wide to five a great profile. It also gives a nice snap in kata. I got a 160 which is about right for me, though waistband is a little tighter than other 160 gis I have. Not uncomfortable though.
    • Perfect Gi for all occasions

      Joseph (United Kingdom)
Used for More than 2 years
I bought this Gi from a sports' shop in Dubai, I got a lot of good comments by students and instructors senseis as well, I like the material and the look of the Gi, however. After almost 2 years training twice a week, the back of the jacket shows a sign of deterioration but for its price I recommend this Gi to everyone wants to looks superior in Kata performanc yet feels not so heavy to practice sparing and not to go for pricy gis such Tokaido and Shureido,
      great Gi for its price
Tha Jaket start to show a sign of tear after 2 yea
