    Product feature
    1. Inflation recommendations & precautions
Inflate the floor first, then one of the side tubes and then the second tube to 50%. Check the overall positioning of the chambers. Then inflate it all to 100% without exceeding 0.1 bar (1.5 psi). DO NOT OVER-INFLATE! Fully close all of the valves. Install the 3 keels, except when using in rivers where there is not much water. In the event of EXTREME HEAT, deflate the kayak slightly out of the water to avoid overinflation which may damage the kayak.
    2. Maintenance tips
In the event of damage to one of the side chambers, open the side tube lengthways using the zip and remove the chamber. The floor can be uncovered by opening the Velcro fastenings. Example 1: the hole is located on the side tube, you can use the repair kit to stick on a patch. Example 2: the hole is located along a seam; visit the workshop of a DECATHLON store to repair or exchange the bladder.
    3. Easy to disassemble and fold
New carry bag for 2016, backpack style for short trips. New 2016 fins with easy clips. Dry and deflate the kayak by unscrewing the 3 "Boston" valves. Fold the side tubes down onto the floor. Roll, starting from the opposite side to the valves to drive out the air. Place the rolled-up kayak into the main compartment of the bag. Close the zip and tighten using the compression strap.
    4. Glide performance
Patented bow shape: the front and back ends provide good glide. The V-shaped front of the kayak enables smooth entry into the water.

    • Bought for my 12 yr olds birthday. He loves it.

Absolutely love this boat. Saw them a few times before buying. Was stuck knowing what to buy as a beginner but opted for these due to flexibility of being able to transport them easily plus , if I’m honest , the price was just right compared with rigid boats. My lad absolutely loves it. We’ve used it a few times now along with the ‘orange ‘ 3 man one that I bought at the same time. I don’t think you can go wrong with these. They seem extremely durable and they inflate / deflate within mins with the pumps you can also buy in store . Gone are the days of those foot pumps which took forever and a day . The only issue if you are transporting after use is if the boat isn’t completely dry, it’s a fair weight on your back to carry afterwards. Especially up ‘zig zags’ from the beach . Looking to invest in a trolley.

Overall a fantastic buy. Confirmed by a fellow kayaker on the river the other day as he passed me in the same boat
    • OK Kayak, Useless Repair Kit

Kayak seems fine after several trips in the sea. Easy to set up, quick to inflate. Feels very solid when inflated. Easy to repack.

One slight issue I did find is the repair kit that comes with the kayak is basically useless. Instructions seem to suggest the patches are self adhesive. Peel off a backing and stick on. Only there doesn't seem to be any backing, or it's so well stuck you can't get it off, so there's no way to attach the patches, no glue is provided. Not exactly a major issue since it's possible to buy other patch kits but why provide patches that are entirely useless ? And obviously don't rely on the supplied repair kit to save the day out on the water, gaffer tape might be more use.
    • Itiwit inflatable kayak

I have been kayaking for years using sit on top hard kayaks. Too be honest I have had a bit of kayak snobbery thinking that inflatables were just a cheap inferior option. Having had a go on my mates I was completely converted. I did a lot of looking around and settled on this kayak. It is more for my wife and 12 year old daughter as we are going to the south of France and needed space. I have an inflatable sup. This kayak is simple to inflate in a couple of minutes. I have used it in the sea near me a couple of times now. It's very stable and really easy to manoeuvre. I'm 14 and a half stone and it takes my weight no problem. I found it felt more stable and comfortable with the seat deflated as you are then more inside the kayak. I jumped out and found it relatively easy to get back in from the sea. It tracks through the water very well with its 3 fin set up. It is easy to deflate and pack away. I bought an oar and the larger pump. The smaller pump would have been more than adequate. The pump fits in the bag with the kayak. I bought a 2 piece paddle but in hindsight i would have gone for the 4 piece as this would have fit nicely inside the bag as well. All in all I would highly recommend this kayak
    • Faulty product

This product was faulty- the valves are faulty and deflate. I took it back for a replacement as it said in the agreement but Decathlon did not want to refund / exchange the product ( I had returned within 10 days) I had to stand in the shop doorway and loudly suggest that this product wasn’t fit for purpose and could be seen as dangerous - I then got a replacement. I hope this one isn’t faulty too. Not tested it yet........
