    • Good Start

      Steve (United Kingdom)
Used for 3 to 6 months
I've ben using these for 6 months, they were my first clipless pedals which is why i went with the 'easy' option. I have had no issues with them whatsover, however, in hindsight i should have gone with ones with tension adjustment. These don't have that.
Great pedal, no issues but you may want to think about adjustment for future.
    • look pedals

      steve (United Kingdom)
Used for More than 2 years
these came fitted to an fc700 three and a half years ago and have been used for thousands of miles in this time having only been stripped cleaned and greased twice in this time, the best thing i can say about these pedals is that i forgot they were there and just got on the bike and used them, as a first road pedal after spd's I had no problems adjusting to using them. I am only now considering replacing them now as the float is starting to get excessive and one pedal is starting to run less smoothly due to wear from the amount of use they have had
fairly light and robust easy to use
      no release adjustment
    • Look Pedals

      Paul (United Kingdom)
Used for 2 to 8 weeks
The lock was fine but I also bought some Look pedals at the same time and they were awful. After roughly 6 medium rides they have broken - absolute rubbish. now I have the inconvenience of travelling down to Croydon to get them replaced.
      Absolutely none

    • Keo pedals would be great if for one big defect

      Sam (United Kingdom)
Used for 2 to 8 weeks
The weight/design of these pedals mean that they naturally hang upside down. This makes clipping back in difficult as you have to flip the pedal the right way up with your toe and it's easy to flip the pedal all the way round back to its natural (upside down) position. Clipping back in at a traffic light with cars behind you is particularly stressful as it can take several efforts to get back in.
Apart from this problem the pedals are good. Clipping out is easy and once you get them the right way up clipping back in isn't too difficult.
      Well made, seem durable
Always wrong way up when trying to clip back in
      Response of the brand
      Dear Sir,
It is true that road pedals can flip over.  This is not an uncommon remark.  It is indeed annoying at traffic lights or when you need to clip in and out regularly.
Some road bike users who ride in traffic change their pedals to MTB type pedals or a brand such as Speedplay which allow you to flip in on either side.  You'll need to make sure that your cycling shoes can accept these cleats though.  It may be worth trying this option if you need to clip in and out more regularly.
