    • Peccato

      Valerio (United Kingdom)
Used for More than 1 year
      Response of the brand
      Hi Valerio,

I'm sorry to hear you've had a problem with your heart rate monitor belt.  As you have already changed the battery I recommend you return it to store for an exchange.  Our products are guaranteed 2-years against defect.

      Kind regards,

    • No Alarm for Max Hearth Rate

Hi, ı was having onrythm 110 watch and HRM it has an alarm when you reach max hearth rate. then ı bought and+bluetooth smart arm which ı think better and has no alarm for max hearth rate..
      Response of the brand
      Hi Alpur,

I'm sorry that you are not happy with the dual Ant+ / Bluetooth heart rate monitor.

It's designed to be used as an accessory to other watches or smartphones to give an accurate reading of the heart rate whilst training.  Normally it should be the device that you use it with that acts as an alarm.

If I understand correctly this is a feature of the 110HRM when used with the original strap but not with the Bluetooth / Ant+ strap?

If this is the case I will share the feedback with the product team to see if there is anything that can be done to allow the same functionality with both straps.

If you could confirm I've got it right then I'll pass the feedback on and get back to you with any news.

      Kind regards

    • Works as Intended with Phone

      23/08/2017
      Arjun (India)
Used for 3 to 6 months
Being using it with a Samsung S7 Edge running Android N, and Endomondo Premium. Works as intended, and has helped me with zone training. I've had some issues from time to time with my bluetooth earphones (Bluebuds X) dropping audio while the HRM is connected as well (especially over ANT rather than Bluetooth LE). Unpairing and repairing the HRM in Endomondo usually fixes the issue.

All in all, great value for money, and can attest to the fact that it works on S7 edge + Endomondo combination.
    • Worked amazing but not on Nougat OS (Android)

Absolutely love this heart monitor but it looks like it is not compatible with the latest Android update. Either that or the device is broken. Am gutted tbh as I think this is a great device and I would recommend it.

been struggling for fair amount of time with the garmin HRM products and gave up. This little beauty for half the price does it all. Didn't want to believe the reviews but gotta admit, HR monitoring been hassle free since buying this thing.
