    • Okay while they lasted

      Paul (United Kingdom)
Used for 2 to 8 weeks
We began climbin two months ago and i bought these shoes. We used them maybe 10 times and the toe of the right shoe only has completely peeled away...the left shoe was still more than acceptable...seemed to me that the right shoe must have not been as well made...we attempted to return them and were told that we had been 'climbing hard'...dissapointed in decathlons reaction after spending nearly 450 euros on climbing equipment
      Response of the brand
      Hi Paul,

I am sorry to hear that the Slipper Cliff Climbing Shoes did not meet your expectations and your negative experience with our staff in store.

If you could email myself the Size and Model number (should be on the tag inside the shoe) I can try and source a free replacement pair for you to either Collect in Store or be delivered to you. If the latter please also provide a delivery address.

Once again i'm sorry to hear about your experience and hope that I can rectify this issue soon.

    • Great

      Sullivan (United Kingdom)
Used for 7 to 12 months
These are my first climbing shoes and they're great. They're high quality and decently priced. The back of the heel was too high for me and it dug into my ankle badly. Other than that, they fit perfectly. So I just trimmed the heel down with scissors, and now they're perfect. They haven't lost any integrity, even after 7 months of climbing (I boulder 2-3 times per week).

I would definitely recommend these, but I'd advise trying on climbing shoes in the shop to make sure they suit your foot shape.

A very good shoe and a very nice colour
      Nice colour
    • Good climbing shoes

      Krasin (United Kingdom)
Used for 7 to 12 months
Very comfortable and reasonably durable - my first pair lasted for 11 months (indoor climbing 1-2 times per week). The sole has good friction and the shape is good enough for small steps (opinion of 5c/6a climber). The rest is all leather, natural, strong and clean.
    • Cliff slipper

      Steve (United Kingdom)
Used for More than 2 years
A snug fitting slipper, that lasted really well through lots of wall use and bouldering on grit and sandstone. Stiff enough for some edging and even with the thicker than average sole it is still sensitive enough to feel small holds. I will be getting another pair.
Fits well, long lasting rubber, great for smearing
