    • Expensive for an empty box!

      Ben (United Kingdom)
Used for 1 week or less
Ordered these through click and collect, however, when I got the product home realised I had been sold an empty box. Decathlon have also been very unhelpful in giving me a refund!
      Response of the brand

      Hello Ben,

I am sorry to hear about this incident.

When you received the Click and Collect there should also have been a invoice/ receipt with them. I would recommend going back into store and explain the issue to the Duty Manager who will be in the best position to assist you.

If you are unable to reach your local store easily please contact our Customer Services Team (Link Below) who will be able to talk you through the returns process.

Once again I apologise for the issue you have encountered .
