It was only when I looked to see if these lights only flashed I found out they are to be only mounted on the left hand side wich is no good for the uk and not to be fitted to a bike with disk breaks. They don't work once they have mud on them.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT I WASTED MY MONEY
none of the info was on the box if I had knowen this I wouldn't have wasted my money
      Response of the brand
      Dear sir,
Thanks for your feedback. I will pass all of this on to the product manger at b'Twin. Your comments are duly noted.
The fact they they don't work with disc bikes and they mount on the left hand side is highlighted on the website but as far as I can see this is not as clear on the packaging.
I the meantime, please return them to us for a refund.

I bought the similar SL200 lights. Potentially a good solution for a city bike but with some downsides that should have been highlighted on the outside of the packaging:

      1. As mentioned on other reviews only designed to fit on the left-hand side of the bike and therefore not suitable for the UK. I was able to improvise by reusing mudguard bolts to fit them on the right-hand side but would not be possible on many bikes.

      2. The lights only work (and in flash-mode only) when the bike is moving and they are quite low to the ground. So probably would need to be supplemented with some other lights for many people.

      3. Instructions could be clearer. e.g. the front and rear brackets are different but this is not mentioned in the instructions. Would have saved me an hour of confusion and trial and error....
Fit once (eventually) and forget (no batteries)
Lights only flash when bike is moving

This lights were sold to me in store and I was not told they are not suitable for bikes with disc brakes (as stated on the website).

Living in the UK I fitted these lights to the right hand side of my bike. On my first ride changing through the gears it turns out the the magnets that fit to the spokes actually don't clear the rear dérailleur and therefore broke the sacrificial dérailleur hanger.

I took the bike back to the store and they replaced the broken dérailleur hanger and told me they had refitted the magnets on the spokes correctly. As it turns out even when fitted by the store these magnets still hit on the dérailleur.

These lights are made for other markets where people drive on the right hand side of the road. That was the lights would not clash with the dérailleur, but for any bike with disc brakes fitted these would then not work as the magnets can not be fitted due to the disc brakes location.
Great idea if there was dérailleur clearance
Lack of clearance broke my dérailleur hanger
      Response of the brand
      Dear sir,
The rear light can indeed only be mounted on the left hand side of the bike (facing the kerb in UK).  I will add this to the website product description.
Neither can they be mounted on bikes with disc brakes.
I trust you were refunded the costs of the lights in store.
      Regards.
